46th IC Conference
Authors, researchers, scientists and educators from IC member organizations, as well as from other universities, research institutes and the industry, are invited to submit results of their research for presentation at the 46th IC Conference, May 25-29, 2014.
The conference objective is to address questions related to the wider emerging fields of the Graphic Arts and Media Technology landscape. Of great importance is the evolution in media, the relationships and convergence of print, online and mobile media and the role of typography in the emerging layout and design needs. The conference will further explore the trends and developments in traditional and digital printing and graphic arts technologies. If there are educational consequences of the findings presented, it would be highly appreciated if these were outlined.
Authors willing to present a paper at the conference should submit an abstract of 300 to 500 words, including 3-5 keywords. Papers will be selected on the basis of submitted abstracts by the scientific committee of the conference.
Second and Final Call for Papers:
Abstracts may also be submitted until the final deadline of 1st of April, 2014. Authors of papers submitted between the 3rd of February and 1st of April 1, 2014 will be advised of the results of the peer-review process no later than the 15th of April, 2014.
Submission of Full Manuscript:
The authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit a full manuscript no later than the 5th of May, 2014, and to present their work at the conference. Abstracts and the full text of submitted, accepted and presented papers will be published in the 2014 IC Conference Proceedings.
